Why Vitamin D Is Important
Vitamin D is super important for our bodies.
It handles so many functions, like supporting healthy bones and teeth, improving immune function, and putting you in a better mood.
You've probably heard of Seasonal Affect Disorder, which is a form of depression that occurs during the winter, and that's largely due in part to vitamin D deficiency.
Which in part is one of the most important reasons to supplement vitamin D, especially during the winter.
But like I said, today's a great day to get out and enjoy the sunshine and get some natural vitamin D.
